Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable with physical labor.
Duties
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in order picking processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of packages to prevent damage.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment in accordance with warehouse standards.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and package handling techniques.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AS400 is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
