Elbow Academy childcare is looking toJoin our vibrant early childhood education team as a Level 2/Level 3 Early Childhood Educator! Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Support children to maintain clean and healthy environment in the classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through clear communication and active engagement.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Use computer skills to document children's progress, prepare reports, and communicate with families effectively.
- Lead classroom routines, manage time efficiently, and ensure adherence to licensing standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with disabilities or special needs.
Requirements
- Level2/Level3,First aid and CPR.police clearance.
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or classrooms
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
