What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager, you will be a key player in our daily operations. In addition to standard dispensing, you will:
- Lead with Clinical Skills: Utilize your injection and minor ailment certifications daily to optimize patient care.
- Collaborate & Lead: Assist the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations and help maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with provincial laws, professional standards, and third-party requirements.
- Community Growth: Use community-based marketing strategies to help build the business and strengthen our local roots.
What You Bring to the Team
- Credentials: A Degree in Pharmacy and a valid license to practice in Saskatchewan.
- Certifications: Injection certification and Minor Ailment training are required.
- Experience: While 1 year of experience is preferred, we value aptitude and attitude above all.
- Mindset: You are motivated to improve patient outcomes, work independently in a busy setting, and possess a strong ethical compass.
- Communication: You’re a "people person" who puts patient needs first.

Hours of Operation & Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00PM; Saturday – 10:00am – 4:00pm; Sunday – CLOSED
- Saturdays – Rotating with other Pharmacists
- 3-4 days per week; 8 hours per day
