Avestec is a technology company, offering proprietary aerial robots for inspection of industrial assets. We are looking for a Mechanical engineer to help with the development of an advanced robotics systems for industrial asset inspection.
Avestec is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various technical projects within our organization. Additonally, he will be responsble for some robotic design and testing.
**Duties:**
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to analyze requirements and manage project development.
- Oversee release management processes to ensure smooth deployment of the solution
- Drive the team with effective leadership skills to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Design and develop robotic systems (SOLIDWORKS)
**Qualifications:**
- BSc (or higher) in mechanical engineering or any related discipline
-Strong understanding for robotics and mechanical system design (SolidWorks)
- Proven experience in technical project management with a strong background in hardware development.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Lead mechanical and robotics project with multi disciplinary activities and commutations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum for iterative project management.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Hands-on experience in robotics development, assembly and wiring
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (both internally with the team and externally with the clients)
