Your Role – Automotive Mechanic Technician
FCP, a leading specialist in wheels, tires, and mechanics in Ste-Catherine, is currently seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic Technician with experience in general mechanics and a Class 1, 2, or 3 competency card.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose air conditioning and heating systems.
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify malfunctions and report findings to the workshop manager.
- Diagnose hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Replace defective parts.
- Perform suspension and steering repairs.
- Install upgraded or high-performance parts.
- Maintain and repair ABS brake systems.
- Conduct general vehicle maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair fuel injection systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document repairs and parts replaced.
The Profile We Are Looking For:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in car maintenance.
- Class 1, 2, or 3 companion skill cards.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Personal tool kit with all necessary tools for general maintenance and repair of domestic and foreign passenger vehicles and light trucks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with positive energy and motivation.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
