Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in carpentry and general renovations and be comfortable performing a variety of construction tasks including drywall installation, taping, and painting. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with the team to complete renovation projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of renovation and carpentry experience
- Experience with drywall installation, taping, and finishing
- Experience with interior and exterior painting
- Ability to perform a wide range of general carpentry and renovation tasks
- Own transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Comfortable working on residential and commercial job sites
Job Duties:
- Perform general carpentry work, including framing, trim, and finishing
- Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- Perform interior and exterior painting
- Assist with various renovation and construction tasks
- Follow building codes and regulations
- Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements
- Safely use and maintain construction tools and equipment
- Work with team members and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
