247 Gard is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and enforcement. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred, along with familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats
- Enforce security protocols and loss prevention measures to safeguard property and assets
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations of personnel and visitors
- Conduct security checks on equipment, facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when necessary
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a secure environment
