Shift Schedules & Premiums
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals for all operational shifts:
Morning Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Base Rate
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- +$1.50/hour Shift Premium
Night Shift
- Sunday to Thursday
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- +$3.50/hour Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities
- Pack, crate, and secure finished glass products for shipment.
- Apply proper blocking, banding, strapping, and protective materials to prevent product damage during transport.
- Load outbound shipments safely onto flatbeds and enclosed trailers.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and vacuum-suction lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform final quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Verify piece counts, dimensions, labels, and shop orders prior to shipment.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, packing slips, and related paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while maintaining our OSSE safety certification
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Utilize computer literacy to navigate ERP system via standalone and handheld computers and scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with team assistance.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift and longer when overtime is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation is required, as our facility is not easily accessible by public transit at the current time.
