The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to support and grow our business across both locations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who:

You’ll receive hands-on training to build expertise in:
- BBQs, smokers, and outdoor cooking
- Hot tubs and wellness products
- Fireplaces and heating solutions
- Premium accessories and fuels
Compensation & Perks
- From $20/hour + bonuses/commission

Schedule
- Full-time (5 days/week)
- Includes Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
- Closed Sundays
- Occasional evenings for events or shows
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and consistently close deals
- Deliver excellent customer service and product demonstrations
- Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and merchandised showroom
- Manage inventory and assist with deliveries/setup as needed
- Support promotions, events, and community presence
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional store environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and work ethic
- Comfortable learning and presenting technical products
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (with equipment)
- Flexibility to work across both London & Sarnia
Training & Location
- Initial training in London (2–3 weeks)
- Ongoing support across both locations
- Long-term role based on operational needs

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- professional sales: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
