Epic Certified Willow Analyst - 3 Month Contract - 19252
About the Opportunity
LRO Staffing is proud to be partnered with our reputable Healthcare client embarking on a pivotal project. They need a Certified Willow Analyst with Pharmacist background to join their team immediately on a 3-month contract with extension possibility. This an active vacancy and the selected candidates will mainly perform order set build, updates and have experience with medication orders. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting (full time, 100% remote, primarily during core business hours EST).
Duties include but are not limited to:
Participate in in build, testing, and go live readiness
Order set build updates and review
Assist in implementation preparation activities, including workflow review, readiness planning, and end-user support strategies
Configuration, Workflow analysis and Documentation
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 6 years’ experience working with Clinical Systems
Must have an active Epic Willow certification and have a Pharmacist Background
Experience working in a Canadian Healthcare organization
Significant experience with medication orders, Willow Order sets, Epic implementations
Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and presentation skills
Experience in documenting and communicating processes and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with team members
Ability to prioritize a large number of requests
Able to work full time during core business hours (EST) - a mix of daytime & evening availability will be considered for the right candidate)
About the Job
Immediate Start, full time and must have at least 4 hours of daytime availability (EST) during core business hours, Monday to Friday. Payrate is between $65.00/hr to $85.00/hr depending on experience.
