Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our operational goals. The Maintenance Worker will perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
Irrigation, hot tub maintenance, landscaping, lawn mowing, minor repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal and mechanical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work areas.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or infrastructure upgrades.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments and reporting issues.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
