Providing exceptional service to our clients and vendors
Accurately process orders in a timely fashion
Various administrative duties related to general office, receiving, and inventory
Handling client calls for multiple locations through automated queue
Fill in across departments and divisions in facility
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience with forklift and order picker is an asset
Capable of lifting 30lbs
Proficiency with Windows based software
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work within a team
Great Organizational skills
Time management and prioritizing
Good attention to detail
