About the Opportunity
Relaxation Island is looking for outgoing and personable individuals to represent our company at the PNE Fair in Vancouver this summer.
This is a hands-on event position for someone who enjoys talking with people, demonstrating products, and creating a welcoming experience for customers. You will be working directly with the public at our exhibition booth in a lively and fast-paced fair environment.
No specialized experience is necessary. We are looking for people who are confident speaking with customers, willing to learn, and able to bring a friendly and positive attitude to every interaction.
Your Role
As part of our event team, you will:
- Greet and engage with people visiting our booth
- Demonstrate Relaxation Island products in person
- Explain how our products work and answer customer questions
- Help customers understand the different products and options available
- Provide friendly, helpful service throughout the event
- Assist with sales and transactions when required
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the booth operates smoothly

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a busy public environment
- Positive, energetic, and able to stay engaged throughout the workday
- Comfortable standing and being active for extended periods
- Interested in learning about products and demonstrating them to customers
Experience in retail, sales, customer service, trade shows, fairs, demonstrations, or promotional events is helpful, but we are also happy to consider applicants who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Event Availability
This position is specifically for the PNE Fair and requires availability throughout the event:
August 21–September 7, 2026
Applicants should be prepared to work the scheduled shifts assigned during the event period. Because this is an event-based position, reliable attendance is particularly important.
Training
Selected team members will receive training before beginning their event duties. Training will cover our products, customer interactions, demonstrations, and booth procedures.
Training details will be provided to successful applicants.
Compensation
$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and suitability for the position.
