We are recruiting part time Housekeeping Room Attendants for our brand new Blue Crescent Hotel in Deacon's Corner, Manitoba. Purpose: To create 100% Guest Service Satisfaction by providing superior guest service. ● Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing superior guest services. ● Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems. ● Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to rectify the guest concern. Performs other duties as required: ● Cleans and prepares guest rooms in accordance with Blue Crescent Standards. ● Prepare bath and bed linens whilst ensuring linens are in good condition. ● Prepares guest room amenities, cleans rooms, vacuums carpets, places promotional and cleaning material as applicable. ● Maintains supplies to clean rooms while keeping the housekeeping cart in an organized condition. ● Performs laundry duties as needed while folding linens in an appropriate way. ● Assists in cleaning common areas. ● Assists with breakfast. ● Attends shifts as scheduled. Shifts are scheduled starting at 9:00 a.m on weekdays and 10:00 a.m on weekends.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
