- Master’s degree in a related field and a regulated health professional in good standing with their respective College.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in health care or related fields, including experience in mental health and addictions.
- Conflict management training or Alternative Dispute Resolution certification is considered an asset. Project management certification is an asset.
- Additional training in quality improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of health care administration, hospital operations, and regulatory requirements, particularly within mental health services in Canada.
- Understanding of adult education principles and demonstrated facilitation skills as well as familiarity with engagement strategies for patients, families and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and conduct root cause analyses to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly with diverse audiences (patients, families, healthcare providers, leadership).
- Proficient in the use of the advanced level Microsoft Office suite of applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional and related software combined with an ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $91,758.17 – $114,697.71 per year.
- Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $91,758.17 – $137,637.25 per year
