Job Description
In the role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in organizational planning of the F&B and Retail departments by leading day to day financial analysis and management of the planning environment. You will solidify external relationships and support Operating Managers as well as Chief Marketing and Chief Operating Officer with departmental reporting and analysis.
Support operating teams at Scotiabank Arena, Coca Cola Coliseum and BMO Field including:

Supporting Directors and Executive team with business decisions.

Acting as a liaison between operators and the greater Finance team.

Full-year budgeting and forecasting for each venue and team.

Providing monthly financial analysis and reporting, along with special ad hoc requests.

Perform analysis related to new investments or future investments.

Input and review of planning data in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).

Carry out game-day and other league reporting requirements.

Board of Directors reporting preparation and support.

Lead planning and analysis activities for BMO Field as a holistic entity, including liaising across Finance team members, generating reports/analysis presented to the CFO.

Participating in special projects and other fun and exciting programs as they are presented.
Qualifications

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting/analysis experience.

You have earned a postgraduate degree or diploma preferably in a Finance-related subject area.

You have solid skills in financial analysis and reporting.

You are working toward or have completed your CPA designation.

You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).

You possess applied knowledge of Oracle major accounting and reporting software or tried ability to learn new software and system.

Your ability to work as part of a team and independently makes you an invaluable member of any team.

You possess a knack for grasping and assessing details while maintaining big-picture thinking.

Your outstanding people, presentation, and interpersonal skills make you fun and engaging to work with.
