The Opportunity
A General Labourer will aid in coating and polishing operations by performing surface preparation, material handling, equipment maintenance, site clean-up, and assisting skilled workers in completing projects safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Production Support
- Assist with coating and polishing operations.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, grinding, sanding, and blasting as required.
- Move materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the shop and job sites.
- Load and unload vehicles and deliveries.
- Assist supervisors with project setup and teardown.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Clean and maintain equipment after use.
- Report equipment defects or maintenance concerns.
Quality Control
- Follow work instructions and specifications.
- Inspect work areas for cleanliness and readiness.
- Identify defects or quality concerns and report them promptly.
Safety
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily FLHAs and safety meetings.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
General Duties
- Maintain professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
- Assist in training new employees when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Construction experience is an asset
- Experience in concrete coatings or polishing ideal
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in varying conditions
- Willing to work over 8 hours a day if the project timeline requires
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driver’s abstract, and reliable transportation
What This Role Looks Like Day to Day
Preparing concrete surfaces, moving materials and equipment, helping with project setup or teardown, cleaning and maintaining tools, placing coatings, and assisting experienced installers or polishing crews throughout the day. The work is physical, varied, and team-oriented, with safety and attention to detail expected on every job.

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
