Dasro is looking for a Business Development Consultant for its client in Saskatchewan. Our client is a reputed Executive Coaching and Consulting firm based in Regina, Saskatchewan. A trusted advisor to various Organizations in the Province of Saskatchewan, the firm serves both public and private sector entities. The firm is expanding across Canada. This role will play a vital role in executing expansion plans.

The compensation for this role is a combination of salary and commissions.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate new business for the coaching and consulting business lines
  • Contract creation including mapping out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives
  • Respond to public and private RFPs
  • Review and edit all client communication documents
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed
  • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
  • Provide daily client services from project start to end
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues
  • Build positive working relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain complete project documentations for reference purposes

Desired Qualifications:

  • A College or University degree, preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis or equivalent experience
  • From 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of inbound/outbound sales and business development activities
  • Previous relationships and an existing network in the industry would be an asset
  • Experience with gathering client requirements (at the executive level)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Experience with report writing and developing proposals (samples required)
  • Experience with content marketing across multiple platforms (samples required)
  • Experience in Social media advertising and monitoring (samples required)
  • Experience in digital technology (Chrome, LinkedIn-Sales Navigator, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience in consultative sales (including cold engagements)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient online; experience with Web Design / WordPress
  • Experience with online surveys (Survey Monkey, etc.)
