Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for early childhood education
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Monitor and assess each child's growth and development
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education certificate
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Our Philosophy:
Little Ladybug Daycare has a hybrid of Academic and Play based teaching style to ensure children receive the best education. Children will get a head start by learning Academics , but also need time to play and be kids. Play is an important part of children’s development, challenging their physical limits, learning to count and literacy skills through play.

This is a full time position with compensation of: $20 to $22 + $6 W.E. Based on experience.
