Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Boat Rental Lead to oversee daily rental operations and provide excellent customer service at our waterfront rental location.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare rental equipment each day
- Rent and launch canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs)
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide safety instructions and basic equipment orientation
- Process rental transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately
- Monitor rental inventory and equipment condition
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rental area
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards
- Enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail, tourism, or rental experience is an asset but not required
- Friendly and outgoing
- Self starter
- Some experience with canoes, kayaks or SUP boards would be an asset
