Reporting to the Leadership Team, the Patrol Dispatcher will respond and initiate emergency related calls via telephone / radio, working closely with internal and external customers in a fast paced environment. The Resort Dispatcher will be responsible for recording / maintaining Patrol/Security emergency logs and related data.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Resort Dispatch will respond and initiate emergency related calls via telephone / radio, working closely with the internal customer and very little with external customers.
Data Entry.
Update and maintain all related logs and documentation associated with Patrol/Security.
Conducting and actively taking part in the Emergency Services incident follow-up program.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Strong customer service skills.
Able to triage emergency calls based on severity potential and need.
Resort knowledge an asset.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access and electronic mail / internet).
Must be organized, energetic, and dependable.
Able to multi-task in busy setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and pleasant telephone manner.
