*This position reports to our warehouse located at 10 Carson Court, Brampton ON L6T 4P8*
The scheduled shifts are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work from 7:00AM to 5:00PM
Job Description
Our Outdoor Labourers are a vital part of our operations team. They are responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, installation, and removal of Premier's equipment from jobsites around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas in southern Ontario.
Responsibilities
Here are some highlights of what the job will entail:
- Assisting crew leaders with the daily loading/unloading of the trucks in an organized manner.
- Performing physical tasks that include repetitive loading, moving and lifting of tenting components in varying weights and sizes; employing both physical effort and material handling tools. – weighing up to 60lbs/28kgs
- Installing and dismantling tent structures, flooring, and associated accessories as per training.
- Performing work as directed by our crew leaders in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
- Ensuring the safety of our clients, fellow crew members and yourself through maintaining a safe work environment.
- Participate in identifying and communicating any potential hazards to crew leaders and management, in compliance with health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
