Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry

Status: Full time, temporary (6 months), could change to permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 4:30

Location: Etobicoke

Key duties & responsibilities:

- day to day office support with reception duties, answering phone & e-mail inquiries

- be responsible for office filing systems

- data entry in Quickbooks to include A/P, A/R, cash receipts, invoicing, customer & vendor info maintenance

- bank deposit preparation, credit card payment management

- other general admin duties as required

The successful candidate will:

- be proficient in the use of Quickbooks, Excel & MS Word

- be self motivated and have good organizational skills

- be proficient in the English language. Working knowledge of French an asset.

- have a minimum experience of 2 yr in a similar role
