Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive sustainable change by managing complex projects from inception through completion. As a key leader, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, or other sustainable energy systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee project planning phases by reviewing schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and technical documents for project design and implementation.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Utilize construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to develop accurate budgets and cost forecasts for all project phases.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and survey teams utilizing Civil 3D to facilitate site development and grading plans.
- Review construction management software updates such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, change orders, and communication logs.
- Monitor project timelines through effective time management practices, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections, review schematics, blueprints, and schematics to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or project management within the renewable energy sector or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D for site design coordination.
- Hands-on experience with construction management platforms including ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation control.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately while managing multiple project components simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with a track record of delivering projects on schedule within budget constraints.
- Construction experience that emphasizes safety protocols, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.

Pay: $76,023.33-$158,479.84 per year
