We are looking for an experienced Gutter Installation & Repair Specialist to join our team. Jobs can range from smaller service calls such as gutter cleaning, leak repairs, re-securing loose sections, adjusting slope, and replacing downspouts, all the way to full gutter replacement and new gutter installations on residential properties.
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently service all aspects of an eavestrough system from start to finish. This includes inspecting existing gutters, identifying problem areas, completing repairs properly, and installing new seamless gutters when required. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own gutter machine, tools, truck, ladders, and equipment, and who are able to fabricate and install gutters on-site.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete gutter cleaning, repairs, and full gutter installations
- Supply and install seamless eavestroughs, downspouts, elbows, outlets, end caps, mitres, hangers, and related components
- Re-secure loose or sagging gutters and restore proper slope for drainage
- Diagnose leaks, pooling, overflow issues, and improper water flow
- Seal joints, mitres, outlets, and end caps using professional-grade sealant
- Remove and dispose of old gutter systems when required
- Install downspouts and extensions to direct water away from the home
- Perform basic inspections and provide recommendations for repair or replacement
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site
- Communicate clearly with the team and provide job updates and photos when needed
Ideal candidate has:
- Experience with residential gutter installation and repairs
- Their own gutter machine and ability to fabricate seamless gutters on-site
- Own truck, tools, ladders, and required equipment
- Strong understanding of proper gutter slope, drainage, fastening, and sealing
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
- Good attention to detail and professional workmanship
- Reliability, clear communication, and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle both small repair calls and larger full-installation projects
This position is best suited for someone who already has hands-on experience in the gutter trade and is able to fully service gutter systems without heavy supervision. Work volume may vary depending on project demand, but jobs can include anything from simple cleanings and repairs to complete gutter replacement projects.
Pay: $8,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
