We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies. This role will involve setting up, optimizing, and monitoring ad campaigns, managing integrations, ensuring proper tracking (Google Tags, Facebook Pixels), and driving organic growth through SEO. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, keyword research, SEO best practices, and be proficient in design and analytics tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for collaborating across teams and aligning ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Facebook and Google.
- Regularly optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs, ROI, and campaign objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to enhance ad targeting and SEO strategies.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Continuously monitor ad performance, providing detailed analytics and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations, including Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Ensure accurate attribution of ad performance using pixels, tags, and other tracking tools.
- Create and edit visually compelling ads using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure ad creatives and campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and Google applications (Sheets, Docs, APIs) for reporting, planning, and communication.
- Regularly perform WordPress content edits and implement RankMath SEO optimizations.
- Stay current on the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with measurable success in improving performance.
- Expertise in SEO principles and keyword research to drive both paid and organic search results.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Experience using data-driven approaches to optimize ad campaigns and provide recommendations.
- Ability to create visual content using Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Comfortable working on a Mac platform.
- Familiarity with WordPress content management and RankMath SEO tools.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, and/or SEO certifications are preferred.
