Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems installation and possess mechanical knowledge to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for installation purposes
- Weld, build, and maintain HVAC components
- Perform appliance repair as needed
- Ensure proper functioning of boilers and plumbing systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
· Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
· Provide customer service
· Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices
· Perform maintenance such as, recharging system with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators or calibrating system
Experience
- Previous experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems in relation to HVAC installations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
