We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Field Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate layout and measurements using total stations or laser levels
- Assist with formwork placement checks, QA documentation, and site reporting
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain construction schedules
- Communicate between site crews, project managers, and suppliers
- Support project documentation (RFIs, logs, daily reports) and track job progress
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of construction experience (concrete work preferred)
- Diploma in Civil Tech, Construction Management, or related field
- Skilled with layout tools, drawing interpretation, and project software (e.g., Procore)
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing priorities across multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on active construction sites
- Proficiency in English
