Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in their trade, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in various tasks. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards while collaborating effectively with team members to complete projects on time.
Either a journeyman automotive tech or a journeyman heavy duty tech that wants to learn automotive. Will consider 4th year automotive technicians as well.

Duties
- Perform skilled tasks in your specific trade, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of work and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in the relevant trade. Will consider 4th year apprentice
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson or similar role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to the trade.
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
