Warehouse Associate - SUKU Vitamins
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our small, but growing team. You’ll be working independently or in a small team of 3 people, so if you’re someone who is reliable and detail-oriented, then we have an opportunity for you. This position is M-F, 10:AM - 4:00PM (30 hours/week).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an accurate and updated inventory count at all times
- Forecast required inventory levels
- Work independently and as a team to pick, pack, and ship orders according to Management directions
- Pallet work (unloading, loading, counting, wrapping, unwrapping etc.)
- Communicating with various parties to schedule and follow-up on deliveries
- Receiving, unloading, counting, and logged all incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship merchandise to various retail and online channels
- Stack items in its designated area to maintain a clean and safe working and warehouse environment by keeping shelves, open areas, and workstations neat, tidy, and free of debris
- Perform accurate inventory counts on a periodic basis
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and defects
- Assisting Management or other team members in any other tasks outside of normal day-to-day responsibilities if required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehousing experience in receiving and order fulfillment an asset
- Previous experience with inventory management systems an asset
- Familiarity with using pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and other necessary warehouse equipment
- You are organized, detailed, strong, punctual, and a problem solver
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to lift or move packages up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 80 lbs
- Ability to work full-time
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
Salary: $20/hr
