We are seeking an Immigration Case Manager to join our team, with an anticipated start date in October 2026. The annual salary for this position is $55,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.

This role is primarily focused on supporting immigration litigation before the Federal Court of Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board. You will work closely with lawyers and clients on judicial reviews, procedural fairness matters, inadmissibility issues, affidavit preparation, litigation document preparation, and other complex immigration matters. You will also assist with a broad range of immigration applications, including economic immigration, work permits, and family reunification.

The Case Manager position is primarily an in-office role, with options for hybrid work after the training period.
Qualifications
· Completion of a post-secondary degree and/or an immigration diploma, legal assistant, or paralegal program.
· Minimum 3 years of related experience.
· Excellent writing, communication, and client services skills.
· Able to manage a quick-paced deadline-driven caseload.
· A strong interest in immigration law and/or litigation support coupled with a desire to learn.
· Experience supporting a litigation practice, including Federal Court proceedings is an asset.
