We're looking for a sales-driven operator who wants to own every number in their store — revenue, team development, customer experience. Strong performers earn bonuses through our performance program tied to average ticket values.
THE ROLE
Hands-on leadership. You're on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and running daily operations.
- Lead by example — sell on the floor, coach your team, drive ticket values
- Hire, train, and develop a team of 4 part-time advisors
- Own your store's sales targets, inventory, scheduling, and presentation
- Build loyal repeat customers who trust your recommendations
- Execute community outreach, local marketing, and in-store events
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday | 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM (~40 hrs/week)

You've led teams before. You've been the person responsible for making the number — and you liked it. You think like an owner, get energy from competition, ask questions first, and bring intensity that's impossible to ignore.
Useful experience: retail/restaurant management, sales leadership, personal training, gym management, or any role where you owned a revenue target.
