We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian/Caretaker to take pride in maintaining our establishments to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
We are looking for someone who will treat our business as if it were their own, ensuring our guests and staff enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every day.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all areas of the establishment, including dining areas, washrooms, entrances, staff areas, storage spaces and the patio.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure washrooms are fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained throughout operating hours.
- Monitor the condition of the premises and report any maintenance issues or repairs that may be required.
- Assist with seasonal and deep cleaning projects.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Help ensure the property is always presented in a professional and welcoming manner.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or maintenance experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
