Perch Sky Lounge is hiring for our upcoming season! We are on the rooftop of Innovation Centre located on 460 Doyle Ave.
We are looking for enthusiastic experienced servers to provide an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
· Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
· Serve food and beverages to guests with a positive attitude
· Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
· Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
· Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
· Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
· Bartending experience is certainly a plus
· Preparing alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages; pouring beer and providing wine service
Requirements:
· Previous experience in the food/bar industry or customer service is preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
· Math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
