JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Account Manager - Wireline Division is responsible for acquiring, expanding, and maintaining assigned corporate accounts, both national and international. This role involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers. To this end, the Account Manager will professionally represent Tier 1 and identify, qualify, and educate clients on products and services within the Wireline Division. The Account Manager will participate in industry events, develop networks to raise awareness of Tier 1 offerings, and initiate new business ventures with the objectives of increasing market share and exceeding corporate objectives
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts; manage all steps of the entire sales cycle: prospect, connect, qualify, present, overcome objectives, close deals, and follow up. Ensuring professional representation while building trusting relations;
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates;
- Collaborate with customer contacts, up to and including senior level executives to define current and future needs and provide solutions;
- Promote and maintain the organization’s brand image and identity within the marketplace;
- Develop sales goals for clients, territory, or area; manage all aspects of strategic sales initiatives for the associated assigned clients;
- Provide input and assist in the development of presentations and other marketing collateral;
- Create and conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value the company’s products/services;
- Assist in the creation of product training plans for sales representatives;
- Identify and resolve risks associated with the delivery and/or provision of customer contracts; manage client expectations throughout the contract;
- Pursue contract renewals;
- Ensure overall client satisfaction;
- Manage conflicts to the highest value of ongoing business;
- Analyze, assess, and document client results to ensure customer needs are being met;
- Promote awareness of new products and services to accounts.

Qualifications:
- · Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s policies;
- · Technical knowledge of cased-hole wireline logging tools and perforating systems
- · Operational knowledge of cased hole wireline logging tools and perforating systems
- · Technical knowledge of perforating charges, setting tools, orientation technology, and disposable gun systems
- · 5+ years of previous operations or direct sales of wireline technology required
- · 5 years commercial/drivers abstract must be in compliant with Tier 1’s guidelines;
- · Results from a back ground check must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s guidelines;
- · Oil and Gas Experience required;
- · Completions experience required;
- · Minimum 10 years of direct-selling and account management experience;
- · Must be able to travel occasionally through Western Canada;
- · Must be legally able to work in Canada.
