National Nutrition is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Shipping Supervisor to helplead our eveningorder fulfillment operation.

As Shipping Supervisor, you'll play an essential role in supporting the Evening Shift Manager in ensuring our customers across Canada receive their nutritional supplements accurately and on time. You'll lead by example, support your team throughout the shift, and continuously look for ways to improve productivity while maintaining exceptional quality and customer service.
You'll also collaborate closely with an experienced manager who is committed to teamwork, continuous improvement, and supporting one another's success.

What You'll Do
As Shipping Supervisor, you will workwork alongside the Evening Shift Manager to oversee the daily operation of our shipping department while leading a team responsible for fulfilling online customer orders.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of shipping associates, pickers, billers, packers, and shipping assistants.
- Organize and oversee the shipping room workflow to ensure customer orders move efficiently through picking, billing, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor order volume throughout the evening and proactively adjust staffing and priorities.
- Direct team members to the areas where they are needed most to maximize productivity.
- Maintain high standards of order accuracy and quality.
- Monitor departmental productivity and provide coaching feedback.
- Identify workflow improvements that increase efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
- Complete and assign maintenance task to maintain a clean, organized shipping room.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, manufacturing, logistics, or retail environment.
- Previous experience supervising shipping or order fulfillment operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize changing workloads while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience with warehouse productivity and performance management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency and experience working with warehouse management systems considered an asset.
- First Aid certification is an asset.
- Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary education is considered an asset but not required.
