As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Applicants must hold a valid RIBO license and have over one year of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer inquiries and transactions while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
- Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships on behalf of the company.
- Manage inbound sales calls and initiate outbound calls as necessary.
**Qualification:**
- Must hold a valid RIBO license.
- Mandarin is an asset.
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
