This position follows a hybrid work model and requires attendance at either our downtown Toronto office or the client office located at Mississauga, for a minimum of 2 days per week. The onsite requirement is expected to increase to 4 days per week starting in September, subject to change based on business and client needs.
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable customer communication management (CCM) solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
- Develop dynamic, personalized, and scalable communication solutions leveraging Interactive and Scalar components.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize, enhance, and maintain existing Quadient templates, workflows, and communication processes.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with organizational branding guidelines, regulatory requirements, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Quadient templates, document generation, and output processing.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
- Work closely with Quality Engineering (QE) teams to support testing activities and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of deliverables.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience working with the Quadient Inspire platform.
- Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar.
- Solid understanding of document composition, layout design, and output management.
- Experience with data integration, automation, and workflow development within the Quadient ecosystem.
- Familiarity with version control systems, release management, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) environments.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or financial services is considered an asset.
