Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer / Warehouse Worker to join their team in a hands-on industrial environment.

Job Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Job Type: Full-time, permanent direct hire
Compensation: $25.00 an hour – overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate + extended health/dental and vision coverage + RRSP match & more!
Shift Structure: Day shift – Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Standard overtime required on alternate weekends (paid at 1.5x the regular rate)
Key Responsibilities:
· Shipping and receiving materials and products
· Operating large forklifts and other warehouse equipment
· Managing and maintaining shop inventory
· Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas
· Organizing and maintaining tools and equipment
· Assisting experienced technicians with various tasks as required
· Learning installation and splicing processes for heavy-duty conveyor systems
· Following company safety procedures and operational standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must be mechanically aligned with the ability to assess misalignment, adjust machines and troubleshoot issues as required
· Must have previous experience using hand tools and power tools
· Must be able-bodied, and work well with their hands to conduct heavy labourer duties, repetitive lifting, etc.
· Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Effective verbal communication skills
· Flexibility to work overtime when required
Desired Skills/Preferred Experience:
· Previous warehouse or general labour experience is considered an asset
· Forklift experience is an asset
· Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical environments is an asset
