Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged drywall or flooring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of maintenance person tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
