Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will oversees a portfolio of projects and ensure the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support regarding order status, deliveries, invoicing, and account-related questions.

Manage front desk and reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.

Support process sales orders, work orders, invoices, credit and re-bill requests, and maintain accurate customer records.

Enter and maintain sales, work order, invoicing, and customer information in Business Central, Excel, and other business systems.

Process daily sales invoices for the Material Division and distribute completed invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Support the billing function by compiling billing documentation, time tickets, expense reports, and other supporting records required for accurate client invoicing.

Maintain invoicing records and ensure sales orders, work orders, and billing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Perform payment processing, vendor account maintenance, financial record administration, document management, and report reconciliations to support operational accuracy.

Carry out Business Central administration functions, monitor office supplies, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Completion of 1-2 years of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in customer service / data entry role/ financial clerk.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and other computer applications. Ability to learn and effectively use ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), databases, Microsoft Teams, and related order-processing and administrative software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, dependable, organized, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
