Husky is currently looking for a Millwright/ApprenticeMillwright to join their Mechanical – Maintenance department at their HuskyLloydminster Upgrader Site in our Lloydminster, SK location.

The primary function of this trades position is to providemaintenance service to a complex oil upgrading facility and Meridian Cogenfacility. In this role, you will beresponsible for ensuring all work under your control is executed in a timely,safe and effective manner consistent with corporate and site-specific policies,procedures and guidelines. You willprovide assistance and support to the Supervisor for the development,implementation of short and long-term maintenance programs and standards. Machining background would be an asset butnot essential.

Specific responsibilities will include:
Readand interpret drawings and blueprints

Plansand executes repairs to Upgrader equipment

Develops,executes and analyzes predictive and preventative maintenance programs

Performpreventative maintenance and inspection

Maintainsequipment history records using manual and computer systems (SAP)

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the followingqualifications:
Required:
Grade12 or equivalent education

Interpersonnel skills and able to clearly communicate with personnel to discuss andresolve problems and ensure that all maintenance issues are dealt with in atimely manner

Workswell in team environment

Aminimum 3 years of related experience working in a plant maintenance setting

Abilityto work with minimal supervision, independently or within a group

Computerliterate

Asset:
SaskatchewanJourneyman / Interprovincial

Experiencein leadership roles

Scheduleand maintain work assignments

ProvideTechnical recommendations for process and equipment improvements.

Musthave the ability, skill and patience to communicate effectively and work withOperations, Engineering and Planning, Husky trade personnel and variouscontractor personnel in a large group setting, as well as in small diversifiedgroups and in one-on-one formats

Abilityto troubleshoot problems, and then formulate and implement short and long term

Relatedexperience in an industrial maintenance setting, preferably oil and gasprocessing.
