What You'll Be Responsible For
- Creating a positive and engaging culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Leading by example and maintaining a visible presence on the floor
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining great people
- Driving sales growth and restaurant profitability
- Managing budgets, labour, food costs, and financial performance
- Upholding Browns Socialhouse standards in food, beverage, and hospitality
- Leading effective pre-shift meetings and ongoing training
- Building team knowledge through education, product training, and development
- Maintaining accountability and operational excellence throughout the restaurant
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a leader who enjoys building teams, developing people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum three years of restaurant leadership or management experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
