Typical Pay Rates:
Foreman: $36-$40/hr (Typical Experience: 8-15+ years)
Lead Hand: $30-$34/hr (Typical Experience 5-10 years)
Carpenter: $22-$28/hr (Typical Experience 2-6 years)
Labourer: $18-$22/hr (Typical Experience 0-2 years)
Live Out Allowance: $50/day (When travelling for work - accommodations will be provided)

A large portion of our work involves exterior cladding systems, so being willing and able to perform cladding work is imperative.
About the Role:
As a Carpenter you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of construction and carpentry tasks on commercial projects. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry duties on commercial construction projects
Assist with and install various exterior cladding systems, including vapor barrier, subframing components, exterior insulation and cladding
Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately
Operate power tools and follow safety protocols
Work at heights and on scaffolding/lifts as required
Support team members and assist with project setup and cleanup
Follow instructions from upper management
Requirements:
Experience in carpentry or exterior construction is preferred
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Willing to travel for work
