Endurance Environmental Endurance Environmental Inc. is a growing environmental services company providing specialized services to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a scheduling position—we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with Endurance Environmental and take on greater responsibility as they develop within the company. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations, Project Management, and Health & Safety teams to help coordinate our people, equipment, and projects. Key Responsibilities The Logistics Coordinator will assist with: - Daily scheduling of employees, operators, trucks, and equipment - Coordinating crews and resources for upcoming projects - Communicating schedule changes and job requirements to field personnel - Assisting Project Managers with planning and coordination - Supporting Health & Safety documentation and requirements - Communicating with customers regarding scheduling and project logistics - Answering and making phone calls with employees, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors - Tracking project information and ensuring required documentation is completed - Helping resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute operational changes - Coordinating after-hours or emergency work when required - Providing general support to the Operations and Management teams What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: - Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - A strong communicator - Confident speaking with employees and customers over the phone - Dependable and accountable - Able to think quickly and solve problems - Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems - Willing to learn about environmental services, transportation, Health & Safety, and project management - Interested in developing into a larger operational or management role Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, construction, environmental services, transportation, project coordination, or Health & Safety would be an asset but is not necessarily required for the right candidate. Hours & Availability This is a full-time position. Our industry does not always operate on a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Candidates must understand that early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional after-hours phone calls may be required depending on project and customer requirements.
