The Compliance Analyst reports to the Manager of Product Stewardship Compliance. The position works within the Product Incident Management (PIM) process, to ensure the timely and effective investigation of customer reported incidents involving consumer products sold at our stores.
Facilitate the PIM process – from incoming events to resolution of incidents
Managing compliance to PIM process, escalating as appropriate
Coordinating activities of stakeholders, including Risk Management, Legislative Compliance, Dealer Communication, Corporate Communication, Call Centre, and Product Quality Assurance
Providing direction to stakeholders to assist in PIM process execution
Producing ad hoc and regular reporting on the PIM process
Maintenance of process documentation
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Effective communication in-person, on the phone and email
Advanced MS Excel skills for analysis
Experienced in using web-based software
A focus on details, documentation and written skills.
Nice To Have
MS Access skills for analysis
Engineering – mechanical or electrical
Risk assessment experience
