Electrical Estimator (Commercial Construction) – Vancouver, BC - Must be willing to Relocate.
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established electrical general contractor based in Vancouver. This is a production-focused role supporting a strong commercial pipeline.
This is not a junior position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, move fast, and consistently deliver accurate, competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
- Perform full takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and pricing issues
- Validate supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Deliver complete, accurate bids on tight deadlines
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years electrical estimating experience (commercial construction)
- Experience with $100K–$5M+ projects
- Strong, hands-on Trimble Accubid experience (required)
- Ability to read complex electrical drawings
- Proven ability to manage multiple tenders at once
- Independent, detail-oriented, and accountable working style
