We are seeking hard-working, reliable, and safety-conscious Gutter Cleaners to join our field team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing debris from residential and commercial gutter systems, inspecting downspouts, and ensuring proper water drainage for our clients.
This is a physical, outdoor role that requires working comfortably at heights. We offer highly competitive pay and steady, daytime weekday hours for individuals who take pride in a job well done.
Clear leaves, debris, and blockages from gutters and downspouts safely and efficiently.
Utilize ladders, safety harnesses, and specialized cleaning equipment to access roofs and rooflines.
Inspect gutter systems for leaks, damage, or sagging, and report findings to the team leader or homeowner.
Perform basic gutter repairs, adjustments, or installations as required.
Maintain a clean job site by properly disposing of all cleared debris.
Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the company on-site.
Comfortable working at heights and operating heavy-duty ladders extension systems daily.
Previous experience in gutter cleaning, roofing, window cleaning, or general construction is highly preferred.
Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and proper PPE/harness use.
Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, climb, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites.
Excellent teamwork, punctuality, and communication skills.
Top-Tier Pay: $25.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience.
