In just 3 short years, we’ve taken over the market—completing over 1,200 roofs a year across BC. We are a fast-moving, high-energy crew expanding our Metro Vancouver footprint, and we’re looking for ambitious sales reps who know how to hustle and close.
Your day-to-day is a winning combo: 80% direct door-to-door sales where you control your own income, and 20% warm inbound leads provided directly to you by the company to help build your pipeline.
No Experience Needed – We Train You to Win
Zero roofing experience? No problem. We provide hands-on, field-proven training that gives you all the tools, scripts, and industry knowledge you need to start closing deals fast. If you bring the drive, energy, and work ethic, we’ll teach you how to turn doors into closed contracts.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct direct door-to-door canvassing and territory marketing across local Metro Vancouver neighborhoods (80% of your focus).
- Follow up on and close company-provided inbound leads (20% of your focus).
- Connect with homeowners to identify roofing needs, offer roof inspections, and present replacement options.
- Consult with clients on material options, financing, and project scopes.
- Manage a local sales pipeline using our streamlined mobile CRM and sales tools.
- Hit and exceed monthly target goals through strategic outreach and consistent follow-ups.
