Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences and activities for children in the classroom and outdoors
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play, learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with other educators on the team
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns or updates
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks
